Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the daily business and operation
  • Prepare, organize and manage the establishment of YG-1 Eastern Europe
  • Develop and execute the business strategies of YG-1 Eastern Europe in order to increase market share and sales in Romania
  • Provide technical supports and sales activities that the company request in Eastern Europe
  • Provide strategic report to the Company so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
  • Research and analyze industry, market and competitors to make strategy decisions and create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximize core strengths
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Ensure that align with YG-1 group policies, the company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
  • Direct and supervise the activities of staffs of YG-1 Eastern Europe
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with the Company, business partners and authorities
  • Oversee the financial performance and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Act as the representative of YG-1 Eastern Europe in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the growth of YG-1 Eastern Europe

 

Requirements:

  • 10 years’ experience from cutting tools manufacturers or distributing background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to perform the responsibilities with limited supervision
  • Business level English language skills required
  • Understanding small corporate management from cash balance perspective- basic knowledge of accounting
