Role and responsibilities

• Responsible for all strategic acquisitions (source to contact) in the project; project procurement tracking and follow-up; status reporting
• Supplier identification, qualification and selection together with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Category Managers
• Management of the entire tender process
• Negotiation of contract terms, in consultation with the Project Managers
• Supervise and coordinate the activity performed by the Category Managers
• Conclude contracts in close liaison with Legal department
• Makes sure all compliance regulations are respected in the activity managed
• Ensures that corporate guidelines and compliance on project Procurement are appropriately implemented and
• Is a member of the Sourcing Committee
• Build, follow-up progress and develops a procurement process and team in line with the development of the project and business objectives


• University degree, ideally Master in business, industrial engineering or equivalent
• Solid experience in procurement activity for building services
• Deep know how of suppliers management in the construction services business sector
• Expertise in Project Management and relevant instruments
• Previous experience in a leading role in a production environment would be a plus
• Fluent in Romanian and English; German would be a plus
• Excellent Project Management Skills – planning, results oriented, determined and resilient
